Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship Worldwide. The only country we cannot ship to at this time is Germany & Russia.
Can I please add an item that was placed a few days ago?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer that service. Once we receive your order, it is printed and packaged. It will be difficult to redo your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments on our website by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We cannot accept payments over the phone or by mail.
Can I change my address on an order once it's been place?
Please contact us at contact@hometownstitch.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to fix your order.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us at contact@hometownstitch.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it has not been shipped, we will be able to cancel and refund your order. If it has been delivered, you may return the unwanted items for a refund or exchange.
What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Please contact us at contact@hometownstitch.com and we will do our best to address any issues. Royal Mail does not consider a package missing until 10 working days after the package has been shipped. Due to Covid, some shipments are taking longer than expected, they're not lost, just delayed.
Can you hold my order until next week?
Unfortunately we are not able to hold orders. All orders are dispatched in the order they are received. We do not have space to store orders for an extended period of time.
What if the product I need is out of stock?
If the product you are looking for is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. You can add your email in the notify me box on the product’s page. Some products can also be ordered through our pre-order listings. Or email us over at contact@hometownstitch.com
